Ich hatte eine Windows 7 Virtuelle Machine mit AMD FX-6300 1 Core 35MHz und 99MB RAM Erreicht. Ist Das neuer WinHistory Rekord? (es wurde in Abgesicherten Modus gemacht)

Grundsätzlich nein, weil die Rekordliste ausschließlich für physische Rechner gedacht ist: Jeder kann einen lahmen Emulator wie Bochs aufsetzen und darin beliebig CPU-Rekorde unterbieten.

Wenn du auf die "35 MHz" auf Basis einer "CPU-Begrenzung" von 1% in VirtualBox gekommen bist, so ist dies sachlich falsch: Erstens läuft die virtuelle Maschine nach wie vor auf einer CPU mit 3500 MHz, da es sich hierbei um eine dynamische, zur Laufzeit anpassbare Beschränkung handelt, andererseits läuft diese effektiv weit schneller als 1% der Gesamtzyklen. Um das zu zeigen, habe ich einen simplen Benchmark (openssl speed) einmal in einer Linux-VM mit 100% Beschränkung …

Im Durchschnitt ist das eine Verlangsamung auf ≈9,04% – deine VM läuft also vermutlich eher mit dem Takt-Äquivalent von ≈316 MHz auf einem AMD Piledriver, was immer noch deutlich schneller als die untertakteten 90 MHz auf einem realen AMD K5 sind.

Die 99 MB RAM im abgesicherten Modus wären aber immerhin als Fußnote interessant, kannst du dazu Belege in Form von Screenshots liefern bzw. weiter testen, wie wenig im abgesicherten Modus möglich sind?

Also ich zB finde nur Windows Quäler auf realer Hardware interessant. Virtualisierung gut und schön, aber für mich gänzlich uninteressant :

So richtig quälertaugliche Hardware hab ich ned... das lahmste wär n P2 mit 266 MHz. Ramtechnisch könnt ich bis 64 oder gar 32 MB runter.

Die hochfahrzeit ist ca. 1,5 Minuten.

Liste Untereinander:
System Mininum: 1GHz, 1GB Ram + 64MB DX9 VRAM
Winhistory.de: AMD K5 90MHz, 128MB RAM, irgendeine DX10er
Ich (VirtualBox genutzt): AMD FX-6300 35MHz (gefühlt 316MHz), 99MB RAM und 1MB DX11/12 VRAM

StartUp: Standard: 1 Minute, Ich: 1,5 Minuten, WinHistory.de: 4 Minuten 45 Sekunden

Ihr könnt es gerne als Windows 7 (2) eintragen lassen, Extrakommentar: Setup wurde mit 1GB RAM Gemacht und fühlt sich schneller an als der K6er mit 128MB RAM. (Mit Win7 Ultimate x86)

Das einzig wirklich interessante ist doch der RAM, der weniger als bei Igor ist.

Bin gerade am lesen wegen Windows 8, aber das scheint ja recht uninteressant zu sein, weil die CPU mindestens SSE2 haben muss und daher recht modern sein sollte...

Ich kann es auch nicht als Rekord sehen wenn es auf einer VM gemacht wurde.

Echt gut wäre es, wenn Windows 7 mit einem 386 Bord mit 75Mhz, 8MB RAM und einer ISA Graka mit 1BM oder 512Kb VRAM laufen würde, das würde mich voll überzeugen. :D ;)

386er mit 75 MHz und Windows 7 mit 8 MB RAM, hast du überhaupt irgendwie Ahnung was du da schreibst?

Also die Hardware wäre schon machbar - nur dass auf dieser Konstellation nicht mal 'n Windows 2000 laufen würde :D
