    Du nutzt einfach ein Shitload an Programmen und deine Softwarekonfiguration ist eh fail, das erklärt die Werte sowieso.. Selbst mein VIA C3 mit WHS hat fast genauso performt wie unter Linux von den Werten her, das dein CPU satte 500 Punkte verliert ist echt schon abnormal, das schaff ich noch nicht mal mit absicht.. Außerdem wie ich das mitkriege schnappt sich Geekbench sowieso die höchste Priorität und damit klaut es sich die komplette CPU, die anderen Programme leiden ehr darunter. Das konnte ich zumindest auf meinen C3 beobachten. Also wegen Volllast sollte schonmal gar nix sein.

    P4 Northwood 2,8GHz ohne HT

    Damals mitm P4 2,4GHz und dem ASUS Board hatte ich 100 Punkte mehr.. allgemein is Linux etwas lahm auf dem ASrock Board mit VIA Chipsatz.. :/ Kp warum..

    erneuer ma wärmeleitpaste, schau nach ob der lüfter rult und dann bitte ma temps vergleichen.
    und im bios schauen, ab wann der sich abschaltet (also temperatur)

    achja, das netzteil ist müll, schau bei ebay nachm fortron source 350 watt.. gibts für 10 euro meist inkl versand. (oder in vielen aldi/lidl rechnern aka medion und co)
